No. You can get in touch before sorting begins. Tell Paul what stage you're at, and point out any documents, valuables or sentimental belongings that need particular care.
What happens to the belongings?
We agree a plan with you for items to keep, pass to family, sell, donate or dispose of. Nothing should be sold or removed without the appropriate owner's or executor's approval. Resale value and charity acceptance depend on each item.
Can you coordinate the whole property?
Yes. The scope can combine sorting, clearance, cleaning, garden work, maintenance and presentation. Paul coordinates agreed outside services where needed, including licensed trades. Estate legal work and the sale of real estate remain with the appropriate professionals.
How much does it cost?
Each property is quoted according to its size, contents, access and required work. We'll discuss the scope, coordination and any removal, disposal or third-party costs before work begins. There is no one-size-fits-all package.
Can you help if family members live interstate?
Yes. Discuss access, decision-making and communication with Paul before work starts. We can agree how approvals and progress updates will be handled so the appropriate person stays involved.
How soon can the work start?
Availability depends on the property, the work and any outside services required. Let Paul know your preferred dates or agent's deadline when you enquire. A timeframe will be agreed after the scope is understood.
